Ingredients:
3 egg whites ( 91 grams ) use large eggs
1/8 teaspoon salt ( 1 gram )
1/2 cup granulated sugar ( 115 grams )
2-1/2 cups sweetened coconut ( 300 grams )
1/2 teaspoon almond extract ( 2 grams )
