- 2 cups granulated sugar ( 400 grams )
- 2 cups all purpose flour ( 300 grams )
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream ( 125 grams ) ( 125 ml )
- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder ( 42 grams )
- 1 teaspoon vanilla ( 5 grams )
- 1 teaspoon baking soda ( 5 grams)

Yes indeed, you can use yogurt instead, or you can use buttermilk. You will use equal amounts of either one of those. I hope this helps
