Super Easy Pasta Dough Recipe - Using Kitchenaid pasta attachments
|
- 1 cup all purpose flour ( 150 grams )
- 3 tablespoons water ( 45 grams / 45 ml )
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon teaspoon salt ( 3 grams or 2-1/2 ml )

In your Kitchenaid bowl, combine all ingredients, and mix with the beater attachment until fully mixed.

Remove from bowl and knead by hand for a few seconds, and create a ball with your fresh pasta dough
-
wrap the pasta dough in plastic wrap, and chill in the fridge for at least one hour before using it.
