To my best knowledge, my cake is 100% VEGAN.
Very simple, very delicious. You WILL make this cake over and
over again, even if you do not follow a vegan lifestyle.
My chocolate cake is 100% dairy FREE
– NO milk
– NO butter
– No eggs
4 tablespoons vegetable oil ( 46 grams )( 60 ml )
1/2 cup granulated sugar ( 105 grams ) ( 125 m )
1/2 cup water ( 125 ml ) ( 125 grams ) ( 125 ml )
1/2 teaspoon vinegar ( 2 grams ) ( 2.5 ml )
1/4 teaspoon salt (1 gram ) ( 1 ml )
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract ( 2 grams ) ( 2.5 ml )
1/4 cup cocoa powder ( 24 grams ) ( 63 ml )
3/4 cup all purpose flour ( 112 grams ) ( 188 ml )
1/2 teaspoon baking soda ( 3 grams ) ( 2.5 ml )

This magic chocolate shell recipe goes solid as soon as it comes in contact with ice cream. Keep it in a bottle, and use it often ! – you will fall in love with this magical chocolate sauce, I promise !
If you live in a warm climate, this magic shell chocolate mixture will stay liquid in your bottle. If you find it becomes hard, just microwave it for a few seconds, or put it into a pot of warm water to make it liquid again.

The dough I’m using is this recipe here for THIN crust pizza:
*** The dough I used was also made the day before, so it sit in the fridge overnight. IF you make this dough, and use it only 2 hours later, you will get a much puffier cinnamon croissant ! ***
This is something I forgot to mention in my recipe. Leaving the dough in the fridge overnight, slowly expires the yeast and the power it has to really puff up, but it makes flavors much more complex.
What can you do to make puffier cinnamon croissants ? you can increase the amount of yeast to 1 teaspoon for 3 cups of flour from the get go. 1 teaspoon = 5 ml or 5 grams, and then 3 cups of flour = 750 ml or 450 grams.
