Your mud cake is awesome, I have made it twice in the last week. I have been told repeatedly I am a very naughty naughty man for making such a sinfull chocolate cake.
I made sure that your recipe was credited as the source for my success and gladly shared your link. I used Hershey chocolate medium sweet kisses for the cake and ganache as chocolate in a country with an average temperture of 32 deg is hard to come by and nescafe arabica/robusta instant for the coffee element. I was told it melted on the tongue by those who had some.
I would offer a small tip, take a desert spoon of the mix and put it into a mini muffin case when you bake it as it will give you a chance to sample what you are baking as you may not have the chance to quality control test a cake you are making for others. Please remember to remove it from the oven after 20-30 mins though as it will not take two hours to bake a mini muffin case.

I am a trained chef but I am not a baker so you have my deepest respect for sharing, you are now undoubtedly an internationally well respected god of chocolate.
