1 cup cake flour ( 150 grams )
1/4 cup lemon juice ( 63 ml )
1/4 cup canola oil ( 63 ml )
1/4 cup sour cream ( 63 ml )
1 teaspoon baking powder ( 5 grams / 5 ml )
1/2 teaspoon salt ( 2 grams / 2-1/2 ml )
1/4 cup granulated sugar ( 63 ml / 53 gr )
1 egg ( large )
zest from 1 lemon

  1. Microwave chocolate on the defrost mode until it is melted.
  2. Pour the 10% cream into the hot, melted chocolate.
  3. Stir until fully combined.
